FORT MILL, S.C. – July 19, 2018: Britax Child Safety, Inc., U.S. manufacturer of car seats and a leader in child passenger safety technology, introduces the Cool N Dry Collection available exclusively on BuyBuyBaby.com. The new line of car seats features a high-performance Thermo5™ knit blend with 30 percent Bamboo Charcoal that wicks away moisture and naturally allows air to flow. Keeping baby cool and dry, the material also delivers premium comfort that babies and big kids deserve – feeling smooth on the skin and soft to the touch.
“The high-performance knit construction of our Cool N’ Dry Collection was created with a blend of 30 percent bamboo charcoal to create unique cooling and drying proprieties,” said Elizabeth Sipes, Britax Fashion Director. “Thermo5™ fabric was designed to wick away moisture from the child’s skin and increase air flow for maximum comfort every ride.”
The new Cool N Dry Collection featuring Thermo5™ combines premium comfort with trusted Britax safety that parents know and love. The collection is comprised of an infant car seat, a convertible car seat and a belt-positioning booster for all ages and stages.
- The Britax Endeavours™ Infant Car Seat (US MSRP: $309.00) is designed for rear-facing safety, comfort and mobility for infants 4 – 35 pounds. The anti-rebound bar reduces rebound rotation by up to 30 percent in the event of a crash. The car seat can easily and securely be installed with the base or without. The Click & Go® system pairs the car seat with any Britax single or modular stroller for a customized travel system. Next-level Britax safety includes two layers of side impact protection plus the patented Britax SafeCell Impact Protection® system, featuring an impact absorbing base with an integrated steel frame.
- The Britax Boulevard® ClickTight® (US MSRP: $329.99) is designed for rear-facing babies 5 - 40 pounds and forward-facing kids up to 65 pounds. Installations are easy as buckling a seatbelt with the ClickTight® Installation System. For extra peace of mind, the seat offers two layers of side impact protection, plus the patented SafeCell Impact Protection® system that surrounds growing babies in safety (includes a reinforced steel bar, V-shaped top tether with impact-absorbing stitches, and an impact absorbing base.) Parents will also be thankful knowing the five-point, no-rethread harness is within range of proper tightness thanks to the Click & Safe Snug Harness Indicator.
- The Britax Frontier® ClickTight® (US MSRP: $309.99) features a five-point harness ideal for children that are at least two years old and 25 through 90 pounds and easily transitions to a belt-positioning booster for big kids through 120 pounds and 62 inches. With the ClickTight® Installation System, everyone can install with confidence. The patented Britax SafeCell Impact Protection® system also surrounds children in advanced layers of protection to help absorb crash forces to keep growing toddlers and big kids safe.
